LG has now revealed the launch of its latest new smartphone, the LG V60 ThinQ 5G. The smartphone will roll out in the new key markets of Europe, Asia, and North America starting from next month.
The major highlight of the smartphone is the new, improved LG Dual Screen. The accessory allows it to double the screen real estate for gaming, multitasking, and entertainment. The Dual Screen now comes with a ribbed back that the brand also claims to offer a more secure chip. Moreover, users can get the LG Dual Screen 2.1 inch Cover Display to Always On, and one can even access information at a glance or even configure it to time out after ten seconds. The Dual Screen is available in two color options of White and Black.
LG V60 ThinQ 5G Specifications
The LG V60 ThinQ 5G is loaded with a 6.8 inch Full HD+ P-OLED FullVision display with a screen resolution of 2460X1080 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 20.5:9 and a pixel density of 396ppi. The smartphone is supported by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with the Adreno 650 GPU and Snapdragon X55 5G modem that provides the 5G connectivity.
The smartphone is available in two memory configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage.
In the photography department, the LG V60 ThinQ is loaded with a quad-camera setup with a combination of 64MP primary lens with an aperture of f/1.8, 13MP super wide-angle lens with f/1.9 aperture, 117 degrees Field of View and Z Camera.
The company claims that the smartphone is a first from the LG to come with an 8K video recording option. It also comes with the Voice Bokeh that separates users’ voices from the background noise as well. For the selfies and video calling, there is a 10MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.9 and 72.5-degree FOV.
The smartphone also features a 3D sound Engine that recognizes the different types of content and even optimizes the sound accordingly for the more cinematic quality. It comes with a four-channel microphone for a better video recording. The smartphone is MIL-STD 810G certified, and it also features IP68 dust and water-resistant.
LG V60 ThinQ 5G runs on the Android Operating System, and it is even backed by a 5000mAh battery. The phone features an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the connectivity options, it supports Bluetooth 5.1, 4G LTE, USB Type-C, NFC, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11a, and GPS. The smartphone measurements are 169.3 x 77.6 x 8.9mm with respect to length x height x thickness and weigh around 214 grams.
